I know how hard it can be to find a therapist in the community, especially if you’re from a marginalized community. You are not alone! I compiled these resources and created this website to share information/resources, reduce the stigma of mental health, and empower YOU! This website is 100% free, so please share it with anyone and everyone. I want this to be helpful so that you all can find someone to talk to!
