Give An Hour: Confidential, no-cost mental health services for those who qualify through the following programs, including Military and Veteran Communities and Disaster & Tragedy Support.

Sista Afya is a social enterprise that provides low-cost mental wellness services that center the experiences of Black women.
The Black Journalists Therapy Relief Fund (BJTRF) provides assistance for Black journalists facing financial hardship who are unable to pay for the mental health support they need during this time.
Their Normalize Therapy University (NTU) Scholarship initiative is aimed at eliminating the societal and financial barriers that many individuals face when it comes to asking for help. Please note: this scholarship is intended for those who may not otherwise be able to meet the costs of therapy on their own.
